DPD’s systems in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania have recovered. We have retried all shipments that failed during the disruption, and they are now registered with DPD. There's no need to take any action.
Still ongoing: DPD Latvia’s tracking service is still unavailable, so status updates for DPD Latvia parcels are delayed. Parcels are still being delivered. Their statuses will update automatically once DPD restores the service.

Monitoring
Monitoring: Since about 12:30 EEST, DPD’s systems in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania have been responding slowly or not at all. Because of this, some new DPD shipments could not be registered and are showing as failed. Tracking updates for DPD Latvia parcels are also delayed. Other carriers are not affected.
We are working with DPD and monitoring the situation. Once DPD’s service is stable again, we will re-send the affected shipments.
